They don't tend to do it with such a large transaction as 29mill, but make them into smaller bitesized transactions, especially on a small plot (given how quickly Medium and Large get reloc'd I suspect it's a small?) because they can make more money that way, so you'd have to have clicked on it more than once. So this does sound like you were using an autoclicker and if the case, then it's a cautionary tale in not using exploits to give yourself an unfair advantage over other people. Yes, the housing system sucks, but an autoclicker just creates competition that's unfeasible for a human to match.
