    Have you tried sending steam a screen shot of SE’s response to you? Sounds like there may be som in house communication problem. Or the rep you got didn’t feel like looking in to your case which is possible.. sometimes you have too keep gong back n forth with these types till someone who cares actually tries to help.

    Yes i pasted SE response back to steam and now await their return. I love how emailing support takes days for a reply back and forth.
