It's not a general thing because I lived in Eureka for a long time on my server and we waited. The train was popular and moved as unit. People would go help others get to the NMs. If someone did pull, they got chewed out by half the zone in shout chat. I had plenty of groups where I was with the same folks the entire instance, or close to it depending on how timers went.

Sadly we won't be able to tell who speaks the truth, not anymore. xD Poor Eureka is long ded. >.<

But i get what you mean, i know everyones experience is vastly different.

But you can see it in the thread here too. People defending their "right" to make jokes on other peoples expense. To mock other players. No matter if lalafell or not ofc. And how defensive they are when someone posts the rules. "They don't enforce them and people don't report that often that's why we should break them." "Free speech" "I say it anyways and if i get banned so be it."

It's crazy to me that the need to belittle others is more pressing than keeping your account safe and being nice to others. Speaks for them, in a bad way that is. Or look at Awha who basically admits the underlying problems but says nothing will ever change so just accept it.

Yeah not all players are the same but enough are, in a toxic way, to make an impact on many other players.

I often wonder why Europeans get so bent out of shape about the US, and why this thread about goofy, anime potato people devolved into political discourse.

Japanese players too tbh but they just don't talk with you. xD
