Holy generalizations, Batman.
So, how often are you on the NA servers?

I played for two and a half years with my mainchar on NA. Was while Eureka was still hot with pagos-hydatos. I saw how NA was there and coming from EU it was a real culture shock.
Also i made many friends on NA, my bf is from NA too. I know that is anecdotal evidence here but they basically tell the same tale.
I had people calling me a child molester on NA for playing lalafell. I got kicked out of groups for playing a lalafell. And i hear many lalafell telling the same stories.
You don't have these kind of encounters that often on EU or JP, i was there i played everywhere and i can compare what i saw and i can tell you there are differences. Maybe you do the same and look for yourself.

That's the thing with anecdotal evidence. It's not reliable. You obviously ran into some bag eggs. There are bad eggs everywhere. It's the internet. I never in any of these threads see you post about anything you enjoyed here. You just hate on us every chance you get. I could think that all EU were generalizing and narrow minded from your example, but I don't because I know people are individuals and that goes for server and data center communities, too.I played for two and a half years with my mainchar on NA. Yeah as i said i know it's not real evidence, not like i start a study in this matter. xD And i certainly would never say every single player on NA is a toxic trashbag. We have also trolling players on EU and people that are toxic etc. no place is safe from toxicity and no country is without any problems. That's the thing with anecdotal evidence. It's not reliable. But that was never my point, my point always was that the number of these players or the boldness of them on NA is so big that they lead all others. As i said i saw that in Eureka. On EU we would wait, everyone, all 72(?) players for every last one to arrive even if it takes them 10min. We would even run back and rezz them at the dragons and the notorious monster wouldn't be pulled.
When i switched to NA was around pagos/pyros (more pyros) every NM was pulled in a instant when it spawned. Also after a NM was killed people disband the group without saying anything at all. On EU people would stay in the same group for the whole 180minutes. These are some things that i could observe which are maybe not that anecdotal since i did really much in Eureka back then and seriously that was always the matter with every instance and every instance has 72(was it 72?) players. That isn't just a single incident, it's a general thing.

It's not a general thing because I lived in Eureka for a long time on my server and we waited. The train was popular and moved as unit. People would go help others get to the NMs. If someone did pull, they got chewed out by half the zone in shout chat. I had plenty of groups where I was with the same folks the entire instance, or close to it depending on how timers went.Yeah as i said i know it's not real evidence, not like i start a study in this matter. xD And i certainly would never say every single player on NA is a toxic trashbag. Sadly we won't be able to tell who speaks the truth, not anymore. xD Poor Eureka is long ded. >.<It's not a general thing because I lived in Eureka for a long time on my server and we waited. But i get what you mean, i know everyones experience is vastly different.
But you can see it in the thread here too. People defending their "right" to make jokes on other peoples expense. To mock other players. No matter if lalafell or not ofc. And how defensive they are when someone posts the rules. "They don't enforce them and people don't report that often that's why we should break them." "Free speech" "I say it anyways and if i get banned so be it."
It's crazy to me that the need to belittle others is more pressing than keeping your account safe and being nice to others. Speaks for them, in a bad way that is. Or look at Awha who basically admits the underlying problems but says nothing will ever change so just accept it.
Yeah not all players are the same but enough are, in a toxic way, to make an impact on many other players.
Japanese players too tbh but they just don't talk with you. xD
Question how is saying if I get banned so be defensive? It is a fact if I get banned for my actions so be it.Sadly we won't be able to tell who speaks the truth, not anymore. xD Poor Eureka is long ded. >.<

:P Hey people suck and I do not see that behavior changing and if people will not change then next best thing is to alter how I perceive such actions to not let it get to me. If that us toxic okie dokie.
Rules generally are useless unless they are enforced or if the punishment does not outweigh the benefits of the action. Humans are clever we will always find ways to skirt the boundaries or ways to work around or within the system to get ahead.
