I Looked once at Gridania, was full, didn't try more. Mainly because a small room without garden is useless if I want to enjoy housing. Cherry trees, barbecue, pool... Housing, not student room housing!
Whenever I enter a room in the game I feel locked down. I don't see how I could enjoy it. No outdoor garden? Not housing.
