


so to further immersion, instead of having 10+ whm in different armor on screen you want 10+ dressed the exact same. despite it being equally immersion breaking from a lore standpoint.That guy's having a moment, but if you want a nuanced take on it I've seen the argument made to create a fully client side setting that dresses all players automatically according to their current job and level bracket, so that if you're looking at a level 80 PLD they'd automatically appear on your screen in the PLD AF4, or a level 65 AST would be wearing the AST AF2, and so on and so forth (unclear what this would mean for sub-50 characters, but ehn) which makes perfect sense to me from an immersion standpoint
