    Honestly difficult to answer, because it depends on what your theme is. I know my Minions and Mounts always switch depending what I'm glamoured as. If I am a typical Dragoon, I'll use any of the Dragon Minions and switch between Mounts. Though when I am in the mood for a Monkey Kind inspired glam, then I'll always use the Cloud Mount.

    For Dragoon you also have the Wind-up Ohl Deeh and Midgardzormer minions. Ohl Deeh might actually be closer in coloration to the FFXI pet.
