Wouldn't matter in the phishing scams, they ask for that too, and log in before it expires

They do matter, people mess it up too much manually, or even login to the account website and that uses it up and you can't remove it there without the key.

I said in terms of the phishing scams. It wouldnt have prevented this issue.

I agree they are good to have. Mines had one since the 1.0 CE arrived with it back in 2010.

NA didn't get a mug. Just a journal, the token, and uhh... Char certificate that has since been damaged and tossed and my char name has changed anyway

Oh was that a EU thing? I remember I got the OTP token, a map, like some art? and the mug. Im not even sure I still have mine. I moved around alot since 2010 :|

Yeah, we didn't get the mug or map. Mines in a tote at my parents place, I left most of my stuff there when I moved out since I don't have room and they were willing to hold it.

My partner has had their account suspended because they tried to report a link in the chat log the person who put the link in chat took control of his character and took them to another world and started spamming the link into the chat log his account was suspended because of this when he was trying to make them aware of this he has submitted a ticket but been waiting on reply live chat does not work and no reply from anyone what can we do to get his account unsuspended?
