Unfortunately my gf had this same issue you're experiencing.
After tons of troubleshooting, we figured out she had a faulty RAM.
If you perhaps have a second pair of RAM sticks, try this.
This solved her issue with the exact same thing you're experiencing.

Thanks i''ll try the windows tool for the ram testing, so i can see if it is broken

MEM86 would be best If i recall correctly. run it for a few hours through an USB stick.
