    Hi, install KB5004296 via Windows Update. It should appear as an optional update. This fixes several quirks with games.

    I didnt mention about anything using the ram.
    I meant your ram could be faulty, meaning broken. Its a hardware issue
    So you'd need to open up your pc and replace the ram.
    But run memtest86 first to see if its actually a hardware issue.

    I apologize for the delay in responding to your concern. What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Additionally can you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
