It is happening and it is a no no.. but they don't have a way to prove it as they do transations outside the game to avoid SE rules.. which dodging rules should be punishable in itself but oh well.. nothing they can do and nothing will be done as of current..

There is also a small group of people on the forums who will defend these acts and attack you for pointing them out.. I hope your prepared for that..

There's always a group that will vehemently defend an exploit regardless of what damage it does to the playerbase.
