The funny thing about this is that the solution to this problem is already invented. It's a crazy new and strange practice that is called "having friends" with which you can form "premade groups" in which, if you choose your "friends" right, all should perform after your criterias.

Sadly the elitist butthole character trait seems to give you such a low charisma stat that nobody wants to be your friend. And for that a solution is also already invented! It's called pug group where you can flame the strangers in confidence that your unsocial sad self will never meet these players again.

Third option i have for you guys (and girls), turn yourself into a famous streamer and get carried! If you can't beat them just join them.
