Buzz words don't make your point correct I'm afraid. Raiders weren't to blame for healers being streamlined into the brown mush that they are today. Ask any world prog healer that's been around since 2.0 and they will generally point towards Heavensward being the peak for healers.

I'm far more inclined to believe that SE took this approach to streamline the design process for healers and reduce the amount of time needed on each job within the role. The TLDR is that SE's job design team is stretched paper thin and that still stands true to this day.
