Hi FFXIV players, can you fill out some questions for a university paper about FFXIV?

Will you publish the finished paper? Because Ive seen a load of posts like this on gamer forums, and as yet I am have never seen the results of any.

Since they said it's for school, I don't think it's being made with publication in mind, though OP did say (earlier on this page in fact) that they'd be happy to share it with us here.

As for the paper I would love to post it here when I'm done.

1. What's your preferred role in a fight?

Ranged/caster DPS or healer. Anything but melee and tank.


2. What's the highest difficulty you have consistently cleared in this expansion?

Extremes. Though I've cleared some of the savage fights too, just not on a regular basis, and usually not when they are relevant.


3. Whats your favourite encounter this expansion? Why?

Warrior of light EX. I find the mechanics fun and somewhat challening Still want that dragon...


4. What's your least favourite encounter this expansion? Why?

Emerald weapon EX. The cutscene is too long for a farm, and the fight is boring.

I really, really wish I can publish it online but as far as I'm concerned it belongs to the university after it's submitted for evaluation, after I get the results I'll try to submit it online
