You are trying too hard at this point. :P This is also a very dated theory.

As someone that use to sell currency the reality is companies focus more of the supply side but overtime this tactic has become ineffective because sellers have become smarter but companies have not.

As a seller mine and many other greatest fear is action taken against buyers. The lack of action against buyers fosters an illusion that buying currency is safe for the account holder.
