We've had 6 years of job quests, some jobs have been done to death. There is literally nothing else they can add to Paladin or Black Mage at this point that wouldn't feel like a cheap rehash and a pointless text grind.
With the number of jobs increasing exponentially, the workload for making these quests increases too.

I'd much rather have new, decent role quests than a load of poorly made repeats of what we've already done.

We're not losing job quests, the job quests are already there, they're done, and they're not being deleted.
