Nope! Buuuuut I have heard of the one where you get deleted out of existence for using spread shot and ricochet during alliance raids.

This happened during the last one where I did not queue with friends on core rolls. Our level 80 tanks did not establish enmity on all the stuffs so my tiny Lala self became mashed popotos on this day. I thought counting down ten seconds in my head was plenty of time.. I was wrong.

Was doing leveling roulette to level up one of my alt jobs and got Aurum Vale. While fighting the first pack of mobs, someone accidentally got in range of the patrolling frog. The frog sucked that someone in, which caused them to pull every mob around them. Then all those mobs starting rushing directly towards the healer. That someone was me.

We managed to survive and kill everything, but I could feel the rage festering within the healer as the potato stared at me with their beady little eyes, judging me and plotting my demise.

It was probably more close to what my friend said; "There he goes! He is being taken away!" while we laugh ourselves to tears. It is right of passage for the Vale to be tongued by the frogs into imminent demise. Also frog death canyon in Darkhold, that is another one that generates many amusing tales most tall.

Random BLM fun

My Leylines are crying.
One memorable BLM I had encountered in an 80 dungeon (I think it was Cosmos, but not sure) would always let Enochian run out between pulls, start with a slow Blizzard 3, sometimes apply the dot, sometimes not, switch to AF and then spam Fire 4 until Enochian ran out, restarting with a slow Blizzard 3, sometimes reapply dot, sometimes just spamming Blizzard 3 or Blizzard 1 until Enochian came off cooldown, use it during fast Fire 3 and repeat.
Every 30s during a boss fight I heard and saw Enochian being cast.
No Despair, no Xeno/ Foul because Eno never lasted long enough to get a Polyglot stack. Oh, and Fire 2 in aoe because Flare consumes all MP and that is such a bad thing on BLM; usually without using Enochian at all.
No reaction at all to our suggestions.
Ranged cards all went on me or got rerolled to melee for our NIN. Reasons.

I have come back with more stories. But hey, thankfully I have some memorable positive ones this time than just funny ones!

1. Trial Roulette: Cape Westwind (AST)
   This is from 4 days ago. Rolled as a noct AST into this actually more challenging trial. No, I'm being serious. It was actually challenging. None in the party has more HP than I do, including the tanks who are both sitting at 5800 and 5900ish as opposed to my 6130. And they were all watching cutscenes. This is the first time -ever- I've witnessed A LOT MORE of this trial's mechanic. The whole run lasted for a bout 3 or 4 minutes. It was actually pretty fun! They all seem to know each other, judging from their banters. Very heart-warming to watch.
2. Alliance Raid Roulette: World of Darkness (WHM)
   This is from 3 days ago. Helping the queue for 4 of my friends. The whole run lasted for 50 solid minutes. Good thing people are receptive to short tips that I typed after each boss wipes.
3. Leveling Roulette: The Great Gubal Library (SCH)
   Just now! Fresh from oven! Upon loading in the PLD tank immediately warns the party for being a fresh returner. And thus they did not recognize the current days of tank stances (they had them off and thought 'Shield Oath'---albeit the older version one---no longer exist) in which I had to notify them. They were extremely reserved in AoE usage that I almost thought they think TP management still exist. With cold sweat rolling down my temple, I typed: "Btw, I'm unsure when was the last time you went hiatus. But TP management is a thing from the past now (they're gone!) so you can go wild with AoE to your heart's content. It also holds mob pull aggro much easier!"
   
   And they reciprocate. They actually did. I'm so glad I told them, I might gonna cry. This gave me back some lost faith I used to have. We cleared the run without problem.

Blizzard 3 spam BLMs.

I think I've seen some BLM's do that when I was tanking. As a current BLM lvl 67, I don't do that.. I do occasionally use it more times than need like 2-4 in a row if I'm feeling lazy, but my rotation has always been..

Single target: B3, F3 (to use only 500 mp on F3 and get 3 astrals), F1 spam with the "Firestarter" F3's, rinse and repeat.
Oh I forgot about my 4 spells, I've been doing duty roulette below 50 too much lol.
For those higher levels, B3, B4, F4, F4, F3, F4, F4, Flare sometimes (Despair when I unlock it prob), repeat.

For AoE, I do B3 or Freeze, B4, F3, F2, F2, F2, F2... till I'm 800+ MP then Flare, repeat. I don't know if that's going to change when I'm 80.

I've yet to party with a single BLM once I became one besides in raids

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but once BLM hits 68, Freeze generates a single heart and Flare will consume any available hearts before consuming any mp. At that point your aoe rotation should look more like Freeze < Thunder 4 < Fire 3 < Flare x2 (x3 or x4 if you have manafont and/or super ethers available), then transpose back to ice phase to wait for another mp tick to use freeze again. Rinse and repeat along with using any thundercloud procs you get. At level 70 you gain access to Foul, a hard hitting aoe spell only available if you can maintain Enochian.

Once you hit 72, you gain a trait that allows you to freely cast a spell of the opposite element without mp, allowing you to use freeze, b3, and f3 without cost.

Know what is sad, when you see an ice BLM @ level 60+ doing the most damage out of the two DPS in the group. You see some scary shit in this game.
