Blizzard 3 spam BLMs.
I had a BLM in Dusk Vigil which rotation was something like this:
Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 1, Fire 3, Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 3, Fire 3, Blizzard. Completely chaotic! Not even a thunder dot. I really didn't bother to stop him and explain the rotation because, based on the way he was playing A) He was not going to listen B) He was not going to correct his rotation in 1 run C) I really don't bother anymore in DF... I just do my thing, everything's good with everybody and leave the duty upon completion.
I also had a SMN that never used Bane. I was on SCH. I just asked out of curiosity why he was not using Bane with his dots. He said "I'm tired". So, he started to use it but... without any dot to spread. .-.
And the daily dosis of tanks that won't use a CD like ever.

I used to know a guy on phoenix that would do just that, except also hard cast Thunder III, all that MP wasted(he didn't seem to care when I pointed out WHY Thunder III and it's 1414MP is proc only), all that HUGE dps loss. He'd complain about his parse always being in the 600s.. I've personally tried to teach him how to do better(and I was taught by a very good BLM from Diabolos), but he wont listen/keeps doing his own rotation. I don't bother teaching BLMs anymore.I had a BLM in Dusk Vigil which rotation was something like this:
Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 1, Fire 3, Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 3, Fire 3, Blizzard. Completely chaotic! Not even a thunder dot. On the subject of Umbral Ice BLMs(they are truly the worst among the bad BLMs..) I've seen Blizzard III > Blizzard > Thunder III(kuweslkfhsltfhweoltfh GOT DAMMIT) > Blizzard III > Blizzard. /sigh

Should have tried to explain. If they decided "my money, my way" and continued to be a numpty, then you could kick them. You tried, they wouldn't listen, you let them know that their behaviour/attitude is not appreciated.Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 1, Fire 3, Blizzard 3, Blizzard 3, Fire 3, Fire 3, Blizzard. Edit: Realised I clicked on first page and not last. I just woke up, leave me alone.
Even if they chose to stick with their level 50 rotation, Enochian is still a 5% damage boost, which is always good (and Ley Lines is a BLM's best friend. No sane BLM would reject it unless they were saving it for the right moment). That BLM upsets me![]()

Ley Lines, yeah, I enjoy Ley Lines and find the mobs enjoy throwing AOE on Ley Lines.Should have tried to explain. And that alone does not upset you? xD
I understand reaching 60 and being overwhelmed with suddenly having an entirely new rotation with a tight timer to upkeep and therefore failing to do it right all the time,
but from the looks of it, this player honestly believed the 2.0 rotation is better than the lvl 60 one and therefore didn't even try it. Or, judging by his stance on ley lines, probably just too lazy to execute it...

Oh it does. I even hate myself when I mess up Enochian and am forced to do the peasant 50 rotation. And that alone does not upset you? xD

Yeah... I'm much better now! (this wasn't me in your story, but I am guilty of ruining the rotation that badly!)I had a BLM in Dusk Vigil which rotation was something like this:

oh yeah this one time in AV. BLM was cycling between bliz3 and fire3 only. I gave him some advice on ideal rotation and he told me to stfu because he played blm during XI and you always use your highest tier spells.
That AV took 59 minutes.
