Sort of, but Ryne breaks that trend too. Having Minfilia's Blessing and Oracle of Light powers but no Echo. Hence why she goes mad when she tempers herself by becoming Shivadaelyn.Though to be clear it only goes hand-in-hand for non-Ascians and people who naturally have the Echo (as there has been no indication that Zenos, Fordola, and/or Misija have even an artificial Blessing of Light, correct)?
So would that be evidence that having the Echo is a prerequisite for having the Blessing of Light, like to make an analogy how the Nintendo 64 was to the 64DD add-on/peripheral? Like it’s not possible for someone to have the Blessing of Light but not have the Echo?
And to continue the analogy, Crystals of Light are like the 64DD game disks? (with the WoL having 6 of them)?

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
