I'm a long-time WoW player (used to be a legit hardcore, world-ranking raider), and even I get caught off-guard with a lot of terms in this game. I've never heard of a "tank-buster", we just called them tank-swap mechanics.

I gotta say; "Asmongold" has always been a big personality in WoW, and not one I ever really followed or particularly enjoyed. But I think either he's mellowed-out, or maybe he's just being "himself" a little more than "his streaming persona", but I'm honestly really digging seeing him enjoy the game. I really didn't think he would, just knowing how he typically plays WoW, but it's cool that he seems to be approaching it with an open mind, and actually experiencing the story.

I'm simply calling out your claim that no one does it anywhere else except to poor picked on Asmongold. People have been expressing their opinons all over the forums on every topic ever. Or since you decided to go with the personal attack:

No, I questioned the logic of the position you were maintaining and found it rather intriguing that you would seem to find it ok to essentially perpetuate the cycle of asserting yourself into a thread essentially telling people what they should or shouldn't care about.

But alas I can't help but to refer back to your original post of:

I think a lot of the negativity from this thread comes from people that are salty that in less than 1 week Asmongold is already a better player than they are after 7+ years.

Oh yeah but fid you see his FFxiv videos and how toxic he is, throwing insults on his videos?

I dont think you can report me because i didnt use his FFxiv ingame name, in referring to the person, im no way harassing his character, abstracting his game ect.

Every day is a slow day.

It's not like these threads are disrupting some whirlwind of activity here. I'm sure the other 3 active conversations will still manage to stay on the front page somehow.

Not everyday, sometimes the Viera and Hrothgar threads are pretty active. Sometimes we get a good troll thread, just overall more interesting threads then Asmongold doing something many of us have done years ago like its breaking news.
