    I'm a graphics designer. I'll be sure to tell my clients that same thing.

    Oh wait, no thats not how it works in the real world. Customers deserve the right to be informed and are just as entitled to be angry/dissapointed when communication is weak in a situation such as this one.

    And as usual, a white knight springs into defense, spouting metaphors and subjective opinions.

    Not once have i complained about patch delay, which you seem to be obtusely pointing out.
    Patch delay, i can understand. Weak communication at one of the most pivital times, i cannot.

    I'm unsatisified with the update in information for a patch that was supposed to be out already. "(Early February 2012 - Patch 1.21)."
    I'm unsatisified with a lack of information when there is MUCH to be given. As someone else said : For them to have held their cards so close to their chest for this amount of time is a joke.

    But of course, there will be people who blindly defend, even when in the wrong.

    No one is preventing you from being angry/disappointed, you are still allowed to post here and raise your opinion. It doesn't change the fact that patchs always gets delayed, no matter how hard you will cry, this won't change.

    A year ago we didn't even have a forum (not counting the beta one), we had no rep, and communication level was 0.

    Now we gets letter of producer, reps comment, events here and there, youtube video, roadmap and all. It's not perfect but it's becoming better, and if you cannot see that then there is a huge issue.

    As for your example as a graphic designer, cool story. We just don't live in the same real world I think. Delays happen often, everywhere, in all kind of activity sectors, especially when working internationally. It's always the same thing is the end, the customer only have one mean of pressure: not paying.

    Why are you constantly coming back to patch delay? I've been playing since release. I HAVE COME TO LEARN EVERY PATCH IS DELAYED.

    But at least for previous patches we were more informed. Communication is getting weaker. Its almost a case of, take the money and run (Since Subscriptions).

    I'm also aware that information is on its way. Hence why i used to word "DELAY'. I'm aware its coming. Even if it is remarkably late.

    Delays are frequent inevitable. But you know what? When they happen, thats when communication is most vital. And thats the problem here. Not the delay in the patch, the lack of communication.

    P.S. Why do white knights always turn to obscure metaphors or begin lecturing? It becomes blatantly obvious how little they have to go on to proove their points of view. I suppose its easier to cling desperately to irrelvant, derailing information, rather than provide facts to back anything up.
