how? No one is faulting him for playing. We're faulting him because his entire horde of a fanbase brigades everything he touches. 1 guy is disrupting the game for thousands of people who are trying to turn in GC quests, MSQ, crafting quests but WE'RE cringe.
lolokay.

Yes you are cringe.how? No one is faulting him for playing. We're faulting him because his entire horde of a fanbase brigades everything he touches. 1 guy is disrupting the game for thousands of people who are trying to turn in GC quests, MSQ, crafting quests but WE'RE cringe.

Yes, it is his fault that people decided to follow him around, he should be banned. Nice logic there pal.how? No one is faulting him for playing. We're faulting him because his entire horde of a fanbase brigades everything he touches. 1 guy is disrupting the game for thousands of people who are trying to turn in GC quests, MSQ, crafting quests but WE'RE cringe.

If anything this shows that SE needs to implement better instancing areas.

Or SE could have monitored and expected this to happen and give jail time for those spergs. Or just throw them to the sharks, jails are too good for people like that

Ofcourse not. But SE totally knew when Asmon HIT the server. At that point could have had sneaky GM to follow him around, from a distance ofc. And have a little chat with the spergs.
I believe he had the highest when WoW Classic was released which was around 284k viewers. Classic itself had enormous hype attached to it however since it was something players had been asking about for a very long time.
211k is still an amazing amount of viewers to have for any MMO however and probably hasn't been done outside of that Classic launch.
Honestly am happy for SE though since there are a ton of new players trying out FFXIV right now thanks in some decent part to the streamers who are advertising the game just by enjoying it.
The MSQ provides an enormous amount of streaming content and I've been checking out many new streamers play throughs since its great to see the reactions.
Yea might be true. I didnt watch his stream since i was too busy of playing Classic myself. I just said what he said in the end of the stream![]()

If a streamer had a viewership of lets say 1 million viewers on a regular basis I would really be surprised if SE "didn't" baby sit the entire server for them. Probably comes down to how much advertising SE is likely to receive for the effort.

This implies SE has the GM capabilities to do such a thing.

"Hopefully this erratic behavior will die down soon and Asmongold can enjoy Final Fantasy 14 for what it is." Yes please![]()
I just hope what transpired today was a one-time thing and doesn’t happen again. It was sad to see the community stoop down to those levels going so far as to creating a discord server purely to mess with the guy. I’m actually very interested in him and his critiques of the game because following his streams he seems to be fairly blunt with them which is what i think this game could use. Hopefully SE is watching and takes notes on some of the things he says.
