Open World PvP

I still don't get this. Joining a PvP server is a personal choice, why complain if there is PvP? Seriously.. It's not even griefing anyway, in my view, in the first place.

A new server means new housing.

And it may not always be a personal choice if you want to play on your friends' server, but you don't want to PvP.

So that's a no for PvP servers in FFXIV. If there must be open world PvP, it must be a fully opt-in mode on regular servers with no way to force anyone into it.

And? It is their choice 100% whether they have friends there or not. Also, frankly, if someone doesn't want to PvP and they join a PvP server just to take up PvPer's housing? ..
