Does anyone know of a website that lists all the minions and their passive skills to party members?

    https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Magic_Bucket
For example the "Magic Bucket" - "Special Action: Slippery Floor Increases movement speed of all allies within range by 35%."

Not a lits of actions for "Lord of Verminion" game.

Maybe a website that has it laid out in a table so it's easy to read.

    Thanks in advanced,

'Special actions' are their abilities for Lord of Verminion only (the Gamerescape page you linked to outright states that), minions have no effect on player characters in the field or battle ('party members' in that case refer to the other minions in your 'party' in LoV, not a player character party in say a dungeon), and are just there for fun.

Tonberry will stab at whatever enemy you are attacking.
Incidentally, if someone happens to have the Wind-up Bahamut and stand near someone with a Wind-up Louisoix (or vice versa), the two will fight (Bahamut will drop down out of his broken Dalamud 'taffa shell' and breath flames at Lou, and Louisoix throws fireballs at Bahamut with his staff ). It's a cool little touch.

EDIT: dumb me just realized this thread is a necro from 2014. Well, that's on me I guess.... (also for some reason it kept posting copying text into edit as a new post, so I'm really sorry for that).

Only for the Lord of Verminion mini-game.
No minion has a buff/effect on you or your party at all outside of the mini-game.
All actions made by a minion are solely visual and only observed independently by the observer in most cases (as in what your minion is doing on your screen may not be what it is doing on another player's screen)
Some minions will interact with other minions, of the notable ones are Moogle type minions who will start synchronized dancing with other nearby Moogle type minions.
