If there was ever a time when we needed male viera to be 7 foot 5..Square enix, we get it, you made them skinny for a reason. But as you can see it's leading to these "young teenager and children" discussions. Exactly what you wanted to avoid that's why I keep proposing you to allow them to be tall. If you think the "twink" drooling is bad now, just wait until they're released and they're as short as midlander; you're gonna get a whole lot of "they look like teenage snacks" thirst.
Even real life rabbits agree, make them tall
I sure hope they get some masculine customization options, at least.

omg... I can't with this forum sometimes lol
you have me dead right nowNo SE, the Lord Jungle lies and does not speak for the People.
We here at Nature Valley wish for you to make them like real rabbits.....The Female are Bigger then the Males.
Don't settle for the same Mediocre stuff we already have, lets get freaky, and make them as Nature intended.
Smaller Male, Bigger Females.
Just as they were made :3![]()

If that were the case female Au ra would be taller than male Au ra. They design them as human first; whatever animal part they have attached is a secondary design. If we're going by nature, female Viera should've been as short as female Miqo'te like many here were asking for; something along the lines of:No SE, the Lord Jungle lies and does not speak for the People.

Sorry, it's too late. My uncle at SE told me male viera are going to be shorter than the females. If that were the case female Au ra would be taller than male Au ra. Please, we need your help for the Final Battle, we have the Strength and the Numbers, but need that last big push to win.
Smaller Male Viera!

How about "Viera at whatever size SE wants to make them"?
Well Male Viera wasn't going to happen.
Until a few people "dictated" that it should.
You call it dictating, I call it suggesting. They're grown ups, they know how to decipher suggestions and how to approach it.
If we listen to people like you we'd be stuck with gender-locked races.

I wasn't aware I was "challenging the lore" to assume that the reason you can tell they're male at puberty but not before that (that much having been stated by the creator) is because that must be when they develop male anatomy. There's an actual genetic condition that causes something like that; I've linked it in previous discussions.I presume certain things are tucked in like animals in the wild and not like actual humans. The creator of the viera in 12 said they were indistinguishable. I don’t feel like the lore needs to be challenged or scrutinized in a fantasy world in order to fit the real world interpretation. That’s all. I don’t understand why it’s upsetting people to begin with.
I'm not seeing where you think I'm upset because I pointed out that just because they "look flat" doesn't mean there's nothing there. You said yourself it's the same for other races, therefore (my point in my previous post was) it's not something unique to Viera and the others must be lacking too, if you want to argue that's proof of anything.
You can't even tell under the sash and baggy pants, and they're going to be using the same models for other gear as all the other male characters.
But this is more intrusive detail than I really care to be discussing.
Still, it sounds clear to me that there's a point where nobody knows what gender the kits are, and a point where they can be identified as men and women, and it sounds to me as if that's an active confirmation and not just an eventual "failed to develop".
Until and unless we get further information, I'm assuming (based on canon, not ignoring it) that both do visibly change, and my character in particular just shrugs and says "well yeah, it was kind of weird at first but it's just what happens".
