    They might although I suspect some of the items won't be returning given this appears to have been a special moogle tomes event to correspond to the Digital Fan Fest. There are a lot of nice things and it would be nice to see them again.

    Yes you are right, the NPC should tell you that the event would end on 15th sun of the Oschon Third Umbral Moon.
