Content drought? We will have new content and events coming out every month until EW, except maybe October. There's a TON of stuff to do, new content or otherwise!

We won't be getting much new stuff though outside of some holiday events. Personally, I still have a ton of things I want to do, and there's definitely content there for the next however many months until Endwalker. But there's not going to be any meaty content drops until the expansion.

I think it really all depends on what the mindset is.

Really depends what they want for the game -- as much as there is to do: player have to have the drive to do it. Its why I dont necessarily buy into "theres a lot to do and people will seek it out".

Housing is already limiting as it is. Do we expect new players to dive head first into Eureka/Bozja? Do we expect them to pick up Blue Mage? Do we expect them to do Golden Saucer things?

Its all dependent on what the player wants to do. If a player just wants to quest and do instances -- it could get tiring after some time.
