Anyone else worried Ishgard housing is going to be a little too gloomy?

I just don't like the idea of allowing existing home owners move first. That's unfair.

People without housing really should get the leg up. Any new housing added is supposed to relieve the burden of not having enough housing, not something special for those that already have one.

Personal, likely unpopular opinion. I'm the person that isn't in a FC, has no plan to be in a FC, and got an apartment for access to chocobo stables.

I get the sentiment, but anyone that does transfer is leaving behind an empty plot that someone without housing can buy up. So it does still help to get people housing plots either way.
