No Tataru Outfit This Expansion?

Getting the Crystarium set during the expansion was like getting the Garlean Doma #55 set during Stormblood. The "Scion X's Sets" were handed out during the final story quests of the expansions in the .56 patches.

Also, do we know when and what the 5.56 patch will be? During the fanfest they showed a timeline for all the releases and they had 5.55, 5.57, 5.58, The Rising, return of FFXV event, and the expansion launch all on the calendar but 5.56 was strangely absent.

I notice there's no All Saints Wake in there.... now I'm nervous. I actually love that event and not seeing it listed makes me feel a bit iffy.

I won't blame people expecting it... although what kind of outfit you thought from Tataru? Just a curious question.
The SB outfit would fit well for Sharlyan so maybe something akin to radz-at-han maybe?

From the image that's been going around of glamour sets added with patch 5.5, there's one that we haven't seen yet - the Resshi set - that I thought looks like it's based on a casual version of the WoL's samurai robes. By deduction I was fully expecting that to be Tataru's gift as we'd seen everything else, although evidently it isn't now, and I've seen others suggest it may be for the Moonfire Faire.

Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed there was no Tataru outfit, but even though the MSQ is done, the expansion itself is still about 6 months from now so maybe it'll be added later on?

Alisae is getting a new outfit at some point, as evidenced in the endwalker cinematic. Maybe we get one at the same time

Just finished up the 5.55 MSQ the other night and was disappointed we didn't get another Tataru-crafted clothing set. I know in the past they came with the 5.56 patches, but those patches also had the final expansion story quest while this time it was pushed to 5.55. I really enjoyed the outfits we got in the past and was really looking forward to seeing what we get this time after G'raha got his snazzy new adventuring clothes.

I think if that was the case, they would've reused a previous year's artwork. Like the Moonfire/The Rising one that's from last year.

Unless they had limited space, and decided that putting in the expansion launch was a more important press point.
