    A Pokemon style game (which is where WoW got its inspiration for pet battles from) is what I wanted the moment it was announced. Much to my great disappointment, that is not what we got. At all. It needs a serious rework. I don't know anyone who plays it, and I haven't even heard of anyone who plays it nowadays. lol It's one big jumbled and convoluted mess.

    Loved that in WoW. Pet battles were a fantastic casual activity and even an okayish way to level.
    I like the idea of battleground pet battles but it's seems overly complicated in some aspects, probably not great for controller players either. It feels like they wanted it to be somewhat tactical but the way it works it's most efficient to just steamroll everything by spamming certain minions. Something more tactical would've been great but turn-based like in Pokémon, preferably with 3 (or more) vs whatever offers much more options.

    I was so hoping to see my Fat Cat bodyslam other minions into submission, Relaxo-style :c
