I think putting all 3 ultimates in the same arena for an 8 man would be less painful and have fewer cheap deaths.

I agree -- I think there should be another way to unlock the notes than having high chance ones be complete rolls of dice in random proccing FATES or incredibly hard duels that you need to cheese to win.

Yeah but there's another tier of RNG of hoping that you get pick to enter the duel. -..- I'm willing to grind more if I know what I'll get. Like farming trial for 99 times. At least, there's a guarantee there.

Indeed, now it feels like grinding for eternity, praying for RNGsus to end your pain. I can understand them wanting to have more people in the area. But this isn't fun.

Completely agree with this. Got most of the other field notes but Dyunbu note drop rate is absolutely horrendous.

The annoying thing is I'm missing THE VERY FIRST ONE. And even worried it was a quest item I accidentally discarded. I'm willing to buy them with coins, clusters, mettle, whatever. Anything's better than pure RNG or nothing.

Funny enough, I got it after 2 hours of trying to get the FATE up and then failing to get it. The only one I'm missing from Southern Front is Sartauvoir, and after 2 MORE hours of spamming all his Fates still hasn't dropped. Annoyingly, I stuck around after Help Wanted to do Pyromancer Supreme, it dropped the Field Note on the latter but Sartauvoir doesn't drop his own Field Note in the Fate that's against him! So the best choice seems to be getting picked for his Duel.

Agreed, it would give us something to spend platinum coins on since there is only one gear set and no augmented. I am sitting on pile of them after getting all the gear from farming Dalriada for Lyon pt 2 notes....that I still haven't gotten after 31 runs!!

I've spent the last two weeks doing Dalai runs (41 so far) whenever I can and I still haven't had the "field notes of Meryall" drop for me.

At the rate I'm going, I'll get the F'ing title before RNG deems me worthy of it dropping...

Are you trying the squirmish "Attack of the Supersoldiers" in zone 3 too? I got Meryall there, but I haven't seen it drop in Dalriada so far either.

Nothing drops in Castrum or Dalriada for me (except the guaranteed one)
