Parsers add replayability for casual players

Parsers are banned for a good reason.

Square Enix will not add parsing to Final Fantasy XIV. Do not use a parser, it is explicitly against TOS and you will be banned.

If that’s true why do the more popular FFXIV twitch streamers parse and get away with it for years? Their character name is easily accessible and they video themselves using it. Also most of my friends use them and none of them have been banned since they don’t mention it via chat. So......?
