Same but in dungeons and in like 99% of normal content you can basically just blindly eat all the aoes and not give a damn. I wish there was a savage dungeon mode.

The only class that arguably shouldn't be dodging aoes is BLM with ley lines,

Even if you don't dodge the AoE your next cast is still going to get interrupted, so you are losing one gcd one way or another.
