With any luck the new system coming with the next Save the Queen map will carry over to Delubrum Reginae as well. In the Live Letter, it was stated that it'll increase the damage and some of our other attributes which presumably works in addition to essences.

Holy crap, I don't think I've ever had one that fast. I thought the 39 minute one we had earlier was pretty freaking fast O.o and I've had the fastest DRs I've ever had over the last two days lol

That's what I'd like to know, because I haven't had a DR run that lasted less than an hour in about.... 2 months, at least?

I think the fastest run I ever had was 26~30 minutes, and I also think that was solely because we had 1 tank in the entire raid and like 4 healers total. All of the dps had essences on, though - or at least enough of them did to curb stomp the bosses.

When you see the bosses just absolutely melting in DR, there's no better feeling.

Most content doesn't require that much healing unless people are just simply not paying attention to mechanics or any sort of avoidable damage. Sitting and raising people who die because of it makes you as a healer, a sitting duck for about 7-8 seconds. I only have so many ocgds to keep a party alive, and hardcasting Cure2/Adlo/Benefic 2 on someone that will just instantly die again to the next mechanic makes me want to prioritize the people that are actually staying alive.

Speaking of, my alt just got out of a Rabanasty raid where not only was the dps low and I started to see mechanics that I haven't seen in a long while, people were dying to avoidable damage left and right, including some people in my own party. It wasn't fun.

See, that's normally the case, but there are also times where there's unavoidable damage going on, or tank busters, or the type of mechanic that targets a non-tank player, and there's still no healing to be seen.

If I, as the offtank [or worse, main tank] need to constantly throw Clemency because the healer(s) would rather cast their one DPS spell than doing their job, there's a problem. And no, I don't mean the "I'll net you drop to 5% to throw a Bene at you" type of healer, I mean the I will literally let you die ones.

I'm a healer main, I can spot when a healer is doing the mental calculus and weave ogcd to their advantage, and the ones that are stone IV go brrrrr

Across my 255 runs of DRn, personally I consider any runs that doesn't give enough time for my party to fill up 3 LB bar as the 'good ones'. These typically took less than 35m to clear, and can go as fast as 24m, which was my record. Funny things starts to happens in these runs, such as Phantom didn't even get a chance to finish their first sequential donuts, no looping mechanics, etc. The bad ones can last anytime longer than 45m, in which my personal record lasted up to 68m. With both spectrum taken account it's safe to say each run would last about 40m in average.

How are you still able to function as a person? I barely finished my first relic in DR, granted I did wait until the last minute to spam them all, but just those few made me hate life.

I've had healers play redline with me when everything is on cd in a dungeon I'm not familiar with tanking, and telling me to pull more.

I haven't tanked in 5 years and I'm now going back to it. Relearning all this sucks and I'd prefer not being redlined while trying to lol.

Does it have anything to do with safety limits or bicycling?

I never done this personally, but I always bring a friend or two to run with me; even better if they can start up a voice chat. It really made the experience far more bearable. That being said I already loved the role breaking trinity as a whole, so there's that too.

My guess is playing the 'how low can you get'-game. Excellent if they can pull it off. Then again the worst that could happen is just a wipe and now they know their limits.
