I would genuinely like to know who's bought a large at plot price over the past few months (50m range). Cause I see unicorns more often than I see wild larges. I had to buy a relo to get my hands on one for my ex FC and it was close to 200m.

200 million. did you paya flipper or something? I seem to recall larges being much cheaper than that. i snagged one for myself as soon as shirogane first opened up ad 50-60 mill seems about right from what i recall but ended up selling it and getting a medium as i just prefer the interior layout much easier to do what i wanted with.
There were 72 larges available at normal prices on every world when the new wards were added back in October. First come, first serve and didn't need to relocate because there was no purchase moratorium.
And of course they were gone within 5 minutes of maintenance ending. But if you can patient and wait for new ward additions, you don't have to pay a premium to the flippers that are aggravating the housing problem.

Dammit!!! Don't you understand that I need a Mansion at the top of the hill! ^_-Housing is accessible to everyone now. Apartments and FC rooms are housing. You could go buy one right now, no placard camping and no rng timer. Each NA server only has enough ward houses for roughly 40% of its player base, but the limits for apartments are 4 times higher and each FC can have something like 500 extra rooms. Also, the team members who would be responsible for making male vierra work in game arent the same ones who would be working on a housing fix.

Right, well for those of us without bots or top of the line PCs, just telling us to wait for a 1% chance or less to get a large during the blue moon they put in new ones in doesn't stop people from buying from flippers during the rest of the time. XD It doesn't stop people from wanting larges and sellers know that. I couldn't even get a medium at plot price during the last housing demo because they were all gone just as quick, only to be sold at 5x the price later that day. There were 72 larges available at normal prices on every world when the new wards were added back in October. First come, first serve and didn't need to relocate because there was no purchase moratorium.

So again, I would like to know who recently has been able to pay plot price for a large. Not talking about when Shiro launched, not talking about October. I'm talking about current landscape of 2021.

I understand all too well the need for a mansion on top of a hill. The day Shiro first opened i tried to get one of the premium larges in the new zone. The game crashed while i was loading, and the extra couple minutes it took to get online cost me my dream plot. I know this, because the last one in the last ward on my server sold while i was physically running up to it. But i was quick enough to pivot, and got the hill-top mansion in an empty goblet ward(mine was the first house purchased in said ward). I only moved out of said house back in october when the new wards went in. But i also see people putting un-necessary stress on themselves trying to get houses when some of them wont use any of the house features other then what an apartment can provide for 1/10th the price and 1/1000000th the hassle.

You can often improve your chances if you just pick a different ward..
You can all but guarantee when they open ishguard every man and his dog is going to be rushing straight into the first ward or the last. It happens every single time. So all you need to do is just say OK I'm going straight to ward 4 or 9 or any number in the middle. And you'll at least have a better chance of getting something
While I can appreciate the thought of paying for a lease period in ventures, this still does not address the fact you are occupying for something, as you gave the example, of 6 months, for something you have no intention of using. Just no. They've designed this awful system and only having access to what you pay for, month to month with a subscription, is fair.

I'd like to see increased item slots for houses and apartments
100 items isn't enough for an apartment and 200 item limit isn't enough for a small house
If the item limits were increased for apartments, I feel there'd be more of a demand for apartments & it not feel so much like a sad pat on the back
I'd rather have instanced housing similar to BDO or ESO- A shared house with different instances & people on your friendslist take priority so you see their instance 1st unless you pick another
I know that won't happen but that's how it should have been for starters
The design team in charge of housing could move forward with instanced housing to some degree though- Wildstar gave players their own island that you were allowed to transform into anything from a city to a tundra- hopefully we could see something like that in the future!
