It reminds me of when people said the decision to make female Viera and male Hrothgar was an unbending decision and how 7.0 is the earliest we'd see them. Predictions about what can be changed really have no standing now that we were just shocked with male Viera.
You have to keep in mind, they need them ready for the Benchmark(which is usually a couple months before release.) So it’s pretty fair to say it’s already decided and they’re basically done with them maybe just needing to mess with gear stuff.
