Probably already been said but.. (I'm reading each page still atm) but the tower dungeon is probably the imperial capital.. im MSQ our daddy couple from the first said they were convering the police into something that looked like the towers.. im guessing we arrive at the palace by train an further up we go thr more biotech it gets until we're at the top with the fleshy looking walls
