Estinien, Graha Tia and Fordola is a foreshadow of the new lineup of scions. They already stated that Endwalker will also mark the end of several main character's journey as well. Some might get a glorious death or maybe a Lyse treatment wherein they will still be in the game but more of a minor role and pursuing their other interest or journey.

I think Thancred will surely be gone since his character's growth within the scion will just stagnate now that Minfilla is gone. Estinien is our new brooding scion lol. And Graha Tia is the new Urianger.
I think the twins are a couple of the top candidates to bail out at the end. They followed in their grandfather's footsteps to save eorzea because Sharlayan was doing nothing. Since then they've found their own reasons to fight, but once Eorzea is saved, there isn't much more to do. Also, it is extremely obvious that part of Endwalkers (and I would guess extremely early at that) is going to be dragging Old Sharlayan into helping out, so it would make sense for them to return once the isolationism is over.

Personally, I am for it. I hated most of the scions for the majority of this game and only really came around on all of them with Shadowbringers. Now I like them, and while I don't really want to start seeing them off'd left and right, I do think they are somewhat burdened by their history (of being bland plot deliverers and generally really lackluster pre shb) and it would be nice to let some of them step out of the limelight and bring in some new blood with more interesting backgrounds and personality traits.
