People fantasia for 1 week, realize they want hats and hairstyles, go back to catboy.

And when they go back to catboy they wonder why we didn't get any new customization options for years and make a thread wondering why we didn't get any customization for the existing races.

looks like they will at least solve the fantasia issue with Hrothgar
since there is Hrothgar in gangos with hair styles they cant normally have on said face

They do that all the time with NPCs. Don't read anything into it.

I think they’ll fix the hair situation- either by expanding the selection or making them compatible since it’s really not hard to do so for viera. Hats, eh. It’s a toss up. Female viera would still have the issue of their racial hairs swallowing hats whole but it does look like the male viera hair is much less voluminous so maybe they intend to go the usual route with their hair having a hat version as well.

But I do think they learned. And with corona virus on top of coming off of the heavy ShB workload, they still managed to pump out male viera and have been working on female hrothgar as well. I’ve learned not to underestimate them. They’ll do something to make these races feel less limited- getting rid of the genderlock was the biggest step toward that they could have taken.

I'll be sticking with my two Miqo'te alts (Fantasia is never an option) but will be very tempted to add a Viera to my collection.

The limited hairstyles don't bother me as long as there's one that I want for the character. I very rarely change them.
