How many weeks do we need to keep doing the Nier weekly quest?

I actually liked the raids and story even though I didn't play much Nier but it just sort of... ended the moment you finished the last raid and trickling short messages to drag it out over weeks doesn't really work. Was expecting more cutscenes and big conclusion really.

I loved the raids but I haven't played Nier so I had no expectations. Seems a number that have are disappointed they expected and wanted more.

The raids themselves are mostly great (Tower could have used some more visual variety in the first 3/4 of the raid) but the actual plot/story around them was pretty lacking IMO.

I personally enjoyed the last raid more compared to the firsts 2. Sadly the Tower tires my eyes so badly and i loathe the 2nd boss with the constant downtime.
Story wise it was passable but these weeklies just ruin a lot to me, at least i get to see more Komra dwarves, they barely get anything compared to Tomra ones.

I didn't think the story of the Crossover was exceptional - as in - on par with the Nier series, but for what it was - wasn't bad. Defnitely not as good as the Ivalice raid, but still not terrible.

I think part of what makes it feel lackluster is the source material being SO good, that the expectations for the 5.5 part of the raid was on the roof. I don't expect the ending to be mind blowing or anything, but more giving closure to what Konogg is looking for.

It's also worth noting that we effectively received an extra raid this time around, too. Namely in the form of Bozja. That's a lot more story driven.

Myeah. I really like the raid as it does kinda answer some questions on certain things (like who Red Girl most likely is, how Knave, Hansel and Gretel are in the network and maybe why Kaine's theme is used and not some remix of the Final Song in Drakengard 3. Probably even vaguely explains how Accord gets around in those games, too), however it does not explain how/why the Seed of Destruction appeared on the First. If it was the Source, then we could just chalk it up to it being like how the dragons, Omega and Ultima appeared.

Why can't it work the same way?
It's not like The First is in a different dimension or anything.

Well it's more like... where exactly do the Shards exist in XIV's universe? Are they like Drakengard's Earth and NieR Earth where they exist in parallel universes? does NieR Earth exist in the same parallel universe the First exists on? or did 2B and 9S upload their data into the Seed (or whatever) before it appeared on the First? and does that mean there's also a Seed on the Source and other Shards?

I don't really remember all the details on where Shards exist, even if it was explained already.

I actually completely forgot this was a thing. The story was so investing that it just blew my mind and I forgot about it. Great implementation!
