Asked my husband to buy some Butterfingers and he bought 6 bars that totaled $7.14 REGULAR PRICE. But because he used his Safeway card it reduced it to member price which was $4.76...Does that still count!?

It doesn't count. I went to Safeway's too. I saw they were on sale for 76 cents with the Safeway card, but were 1.00 reg price. So I just didn't use my card when buying them so they would ring up more expensive. Basically you have to buy 7 of them if you are going to use a Safeway card.

It says 3 to 5 days, so it's only been 3 days for you, when it comes up on the 9th after 7pm your time, then be upset.

I posted mine on 5/4 as well, about an hour and a half after you did. I'm impatient too but not angry yet, since it's not been 5 days.
