Demonic then. In the Amano artwork he's portrayed as a colossal, black horned Demon. Ultimately good and evil are semantics but visually Zodiark is the antithesis of the Holy Paladin, while Hydaelyn and a Paladin have a lot of visually similar thematic elements.
