1 This is a pretty cheap MMO, 15 a month (USD) is on the lower end for a sub.

2 Not defending SE from your bad customer service situation, but remember Covid is a thing, and sadly sometimes that affects dealing with accounts. And thats just a normal thing I've seen with MMOs over the years (in my experience)

3 ANd Iterative development means bugs happen, thats also a normal part of MMOs

I'm just trying to understand him, and, I mean its just standard MMO stuff? Theres like, Neverwinter if a sub is too much for the game having patches and covid messing with customer service
