    I’m currently experiencing the same bug. I’m able to see and type in in-game chat but my screen has been blank since I tried to skip the cutscene.

    Edit: A fellow player just shared that if you spam escape/skip the cutscene immediately, it allows you to accept the quest without being caught in the endless lid screen.
