Alchemist Lvl 50 Quest freezes at cutscene and causes game to crash PS4

Steps:
1. Activated Alchemist lvl 50 quest cutscene in Ul'dah, never progresses past guild leader standing at desk. Left for five minutes. No change.
2. Skipped cutscene. Went to black screen with loading icon.
3. Stays there. Does not load. Does not change. Can see chat if clicking the touchpad.
4. Force-close the game.
5. Re-load the game. No change.
6. powercycle the PS4 - No change.
7. Verified PS4 console and game are running most recent versions.
8. Delete and reinstall the game. Verify versions again. No change, quest still renders game unplayable.

Having the exact same issue on PC. Makes it impossible to start the quest, and the game has to be force closed.

Steps
1. Talk to Severian, accept "momentary miracle" quest
2. Cutscene starts, but just shows him standing at his desk indefinitely
3. Trying to skip the cutscene results in a never ending load screen
4. Game must be forced closed.

I see it is already a known issue but it is happening to me as well on PC.

1. Talk to the guildmaster
2. Accept quest
3. My character never walks in the shot and I hear infinite footsteps.
4. Skipping the scene results in an infinite loading
5. Have to force close the game with task manager

Same problem, all other craft jobs lvl 50 works fine, except this one.
Carpenter, Leatherworking, was delivered prior to this one, it was no problem.
After 3rd attempt to get done with Alc I gave up.
Went to Limsa Lominsa completed Armor lvl 50, no problem.

As the others had to force close the application every time.
Hope you can address this soon.
