There wouldn't be a never. Someone, well, let's be honest here, several people are going to make threads discussing Viera/hrothgar additions (IF THEY ADD ANY or not), leading up to, during, and after fanfest regardless. There is simply no actual news keeping a 'megathread' lively enough for it to remain on the first page, since many here seem to not want to use the search feature.
