no, I'm said that it wasn't exclusively a comcast thing as people thought it was at the beginning of the thread and also never not once said that the issue is on SE's end, just that it was likely, as it was beforeInternet is NOT point to point. It goes through many hops. If your connection routes through the hop that was having the issue, you get lag.
What country you are from doesn't matter. How traffic gets routed does.
What you just said is the equivalent of saying "yeah, there was a traffic jam in Texas, and I'm heading to California along the southern US, but since I'm from Brazil, it doesn't effect me. It must be California's fault"
