When your tank is a chocobo who doesn't want to be an extra crispy Dravanian Fried Chocobo.... It was a good run, however, lots of giggles and banter. Its kind of rare to find this kind of party.

Player #6 is basically me. The world may burn, friendships may break and the sun may never rise but at the end of the day, I just really wanna know...

Praetorium.

Had two cutscene skippers. I couldn't guess how they did it, because they were not doing the disconnect/reconnect method. I know sometimes, people load quicker in a fight, like a few seconds quicker, but that was minutes quicker. Like start-of-the-Nero-cutscene quicker. Had the pop-up that mentioned the area would be closed in 15 seconds, I was like what.
Checked the combat chat and sure enough, two people started the fight. They did it at every fight.

At the end, they said 'good job' with a huge moogle butt in the chat.

Meh.

Report them. They queued, they agreed to the time involved in running it. If they can't be bothered investing time, they don't deserve the rewards. Doesn't get any simpler than that. Can't imagine how people are skipping it now though, if not via d/cing.

Normally I'm not someone to complain about PLD's that spam Clemency like it's going out of style but I just had the weirdest dungeon run with one such PLD. Barely hit 60% on the first pull and they started spamming it. Okay? Maybe they panicked, that's fine. Then they started using it from 80%. Well, I mean I'm not going to say no to help in regards to healing so have at it. Then they started doing it at 90% or whenever they took any damage, probably because I was DPSing more to compensate for the fact that they're basically doing my job for me. Well... Okay that explains why the run is going so slow, but fine. I just want to know who hurt this tank, because the only time they died it was because they stood in four concurrent AOE puddles during one of the long pulls. Which no amount of healing would have helped there as one of the DPS who also got deleted could attest.

Who hurt you random PLD? Who hurt you?

When you do the CS skip is the party made aware aomeone has done it? Does it turn the group into a light party?

Normal Raid Roulette: Anamorphosis, rolled as RDM for DPS AiN bonus.

Everything went smoothly until Mist Dragon mech comes up. For some reason 6 player in the party decides to turn off their brain and picked a spot that puts them directly in the line of fire. Me and the other player (PLD) were jumping on our safe spot like possessed flamingos trying to signal them the safe spot to no avail. Both SCH put up their shields & [Sacred Soil] seemingly confident to take the fire....
Boom. Drop down like sack of popotoes they are.

One of them typed ”>.> I thought that was safe since we all went there.”

While I was trying to chain res the floor tanks one of the healer asked for us to just wipe it and start over. Why though? The PLD took a brief moment to type ”Res healer LB3.”

Yeah sure, I did just that, then continue on DPSing. First SCH ain’t LBing. They decide to eat the next raidwide while trying to hardcast a raise without healing themselves up... down they go again.

Well crap. I res the 2nd SCH. This time they heal themselves to healthy range but did not pop lb3. Oh y’know what? Screw that. I pop my super ether & start chain ressing the rest. Vercuring here & there to help a bit.

Eventually everybody’s back on their feet, alive and kicking. Boss is at 10%. I eyed that one MNK in our party hoping they will pop the LB3 soon, 8%.. 7%.. 6%.. 5%..

Screw that. If they ain’t using it, then it’s mine. [Vermillion Scourge] for the win at 3%. Yaaay we won. No wipes! It’s a happy ending!

Or not, because, the 1st SCH mentioned ”RDM why :/“ right before they bolt out of the instance.

Great question, mate. I mean yeah, why?
EDIT: After salvaging such run I walked out with only 1 comm... probably the PLD (I sure hope so, because I gave it to them as well!)

I'm leveling my Ast, already dissapointed that I rolled a low level dungeon where I can't even use cards.....

Sprout tank sends a message in group chat that he's a recent returnee and is gonna go at it slowly. Accordingly does single pulls. Okay fine, I can understand that.

At the part where you kill some mobs kinda in the middle of the dungeon to get keys to progress, the tank suddenly says we should do a full clear. We are all synced.....

Proceeds to do full clear, with single pulls still....

Edit: Forgot to mention we had a Bard in the group who used Peloton ONCE, then never again....
