You can solo all Coil turns unsynced at level 80. So there’s no need for you to put them in a roulette. Just queue up on an 80 job and do them. You still get to enjoy the story aspect.

Going to have argue slightly against that. Even with an ilvl 510 RDM I wasn't able to outfight the boss in turn 3 of the second coil simply because of it's mechanics not being solo friendly.

Even Avatar is soloable at level 80. I’ve found POV’s for both SMN and RDM solo clears over a year ago. Tanks can easily solo it, and there’s even a solo POV up for WHM. None of them are recent, so they were in weaker gear. It’s something you’re doing that’s preventing you from clearing it solo. It can certainly be done.

Yeah, this doesn't help. Even on a good day though I've heard that Delta/Sigmascape can take awhile to queue for through the DF. Not surprising though since it's old content and not really part of the Moogle event currently going on. I think the dev team would be smart to add tomestones to the next one.

Yes, if you want help start Recruiting in Party Finder using the Raid category and select Deltascape, put in the description "first time bonus" because first time gives people poetics, which is useful for people getting relic weapons among other things.

The time you queue at is a factor. Judging by the time this post was made, people would just be waking up in NA. Trying at the evening will probably have more luck.

Deltascape is in two roulettes so it will queue eventually.

You can also use the Undersized Party option to allow an undersized pre-formed party to tackle it. You can also tick Level Sync to still do it synced, otherwise it will die really fast because of level 80 gear.

And I'll argue they they are correct. You can solo all of coils at ilvl 510-520, this includes avatar.

Don't go ham on it before the towers spawn or it will straight up ballistics missile you. Go light on damage until they spawn.

Edit: At least going to 76-80% is a safe spot to stop at. I was in and out of T8 in under 2 minutes as RDM.

So I’ve finally gotten to the ‘normal raids’ in Stormblood and as a tank the waits so far are over 30 minutes which is crazy. What’s going on is this run not on the roulette?

I think it’s awful that story content for example with coils is out because it does not go on the roulette and people miss out on the content. If it’s going to be like this Square needs to consider A.I party members.

Sadly the grand company A.I is horrible and I would hope they change that for more of a player programmable gambit system

Have you set the options for Duty Finder for all languages? That can help cut down the time needed to get a party, some people don't have english selected and so won't get paired with you otherwise.

That really only works on EU/JP datacenters. You can get locked in a queue no one is looking for if you do that on NA datacenters.

So I do not have the find Motor skills to avoid instant kills like for example with Titan Extreme. I can solo coils yes and have cleared many but what always kills me is the instant kills.
