Wait times for Deltascape are ridiclious

So I’ve finally gotten to the ‘normal raids’ in Stormblood and as a tank the waits so far are over 30 minutes which is crazy. What’s going on is this run not on the roulette?

I think it’s awful that story content for example with coils is out because it does not go on the roulette and people miss out on the content. If it’s going to be like this Square needs to consider A.I party members.

Sadly the grand company A.I is horrible and I would hope they change that for more of a player programmable gambit system

Use party finder for old content.

It's content from the past expansion, so is considered to be "old content".
Your best choice would be using the PF.

Is this an NA problem?

I recently qued for alphascape for WT as a dps and got a group in 10 mins and that wasnt even prime time in JP, dont think I ever had to wait too long for anything pve outside of extremes through DF since they only pop during late evening/night time JP which is prime time.

Instead of the game automatically trying to match you with other players through roulettes, you advertise a party yourself and wait for people to join. If you open the Main Menu, you'll find it under Party. You can also set a shortcut to open Party Finder under the Keybinds -> Shortcuts

From there, just set up the party asking selecting what duty you want and advertising you're new/have first time bonus. Make sure it's listed under Raids. These two videos below should give you an idea how it works.

Keep in mind, today is a holiday and early morning isn't a good time for NA. You'll likely have better luck if you want to stick to the Roulette rout in the afternoon to evening hours. At least when it comes to old Raids that typically don't have much incentive for people to run frequently.

I think it might be because of not playing at peak server times when a lot of players are online maybe?

I know for me I can queue for it and I also get it in Normal Roulette sometimes.

I'd suggest you just sit around on Party Finder, advertise it as a bonus party as people should get both bonus poetics and second-chance bonuses for Wondrous Tales. It won't take you long either, though you may need to do a couple of parties because of solo instanced duties.

Fall 2018 exclusive minion, every CE of the game's goods (minor point), 5 level 80's.

The earliest he could have taken a break is a little over 2 years ago, and as for coming back, it's unlikely to be that recent, as when he would have taken that earliest break, it'd be before level 80 was a thing.

Also, I could just mean that the game does a terrible job mentioning PF, but whatever floats your boat. <3
